We wanted you to be aware we have two amendments related to Kirk Ferentz and Fran McCaffery contracts. Neither amendment includes additional years or compensation.
The amendment to the Ferentz contract changes the number of fulltime coaching staff members eligible for performance bonuses, based on previously agreed upon criteria. The NCAA recently increased the number of fulltime assistant coaches from nine to 10.
The amendment to the McCaffery contract addresses McCaffery’s participation in the University of Iowa Restricted Qualified Retirement Plan.
