OK, I don't post a lot and very rarely begin a thread but did I hear what I just heard in the Ferentz presser? "Recruiting has gotten so heightened. At the end of the day, those recruiting rankings really don't mean crap, with all due respect. The only rankings that count are the ones in January." I think this pandering to the masses with this we are a developmental program, looking for the right players for us is crap! If any of this Eno story rings true, it just shows this staff's complete incompetence in recruiting high level athletes. You know what would be cool? If Iowa had some walk-ons completely surprise some people and become starters! But please, try to throw in a sprinkle of 4 star players just to make the cake that much sweeter!
