First post from a long time diehard lady Hawk fan.

Seeing Kenny Arnold being helped to stand at halftime at Kinnick yesterday brought a flood of tears. I remember the efforts a few years ago to help him out, started by his former teammates and Lute. But I've lost track since then.
Any updates on his condition?

Thank you UI1675. I too thought that to be an emotional moment. Sort of like a group of old soldiers making certain an injured comrade is cared for & remains part of the group. Fitting tribute to a great human being.

He can't stand on his own? God, he has had more than his share of bad, bad luck. Not fair!

Does anyone know what or where we can make donations to help him? I too saw him at the football game and was wishing that they had "passed a plate" so to speak in order to raise some money for him. His medical bills must be outstanding.

Any information on how to assist would be appreciated!!

P.S. As a fellow female Hawkeye, I love to seeing more ladies on the boards!!
