is out for 4-6 weeks with a fracture in her non shooting hand. Well now this just sucks big time!!!!!

That will be until about the start of the conference season. Lexi is more than capable of stepping in until then. Also getting Tania back right away is a huge help.

I just don't understand how you can break your hand playing basketball? Mac last year and now Kathleen. Getting it stepped on or what? I know they sure don't smack their hand on the rim. Oh well having her back in time for the conference will be huge. Heal fast Kathleen!

They practice hard because they know that the refs will let teams like msu try to rough them up.

I know they are tough but it sure would be nice to cut down on injuries. I caught an elbow in the face so I know injuries are part of it but 2 hands in 2 years. Ladies take it out on the enemy!

I think it was maybe when Sam was a senior and she knocked her tooth out and also had stiches in her head but she still played through it. Tough as nails she was!

Getting Gustafsonized in practice every day would make any player tougher as well.
