Shonn is now listed as the starting RB. He will be the workhorse next year along with Leon Washington. I predict a pro bowl year if he stays healthy.

I feel like Shonn did..okay most of the year. But as most of you know, did awesome in the post-season. I hope that success carries over next year. If it does, I could see him rushing for 1500 yds. I might actually become a Jets fan..

Don't know if I'd commit to being a Jets fan, but I would definately watch them knowing Shonn's getting some major PT.
