Jon...A couple of questions

1. What position is Hitchens? He came in a DB and then switched to RB? But then practiced with the DBs for the bowl? Is this what happened and is he still a DB?

2. What can you tell us about JoJo Pregont? He will be a RS SO. Does he have a chance to play with little experience behind McNutt? He is a walk on and with Keenan at #2, I'd say the rest will be up to who shines in spring and fall camps. Pregont, Cotton, KMM, Shumpert appear to be the next 4 receivers after MM and KD. Just wondering if you had heard how he has been progressing since his arrival on campus.

I am guessing things are wide open on Kirksey but the move back to DB for bowl most likely telling. Then again, Shonn Greene got a look at DB once time during bowl prep

Any receive on the roster has a shot at time next year. All hands on deck for that third slot

IIRC, Hitchens was only at RB for a week and didn't see any actual PT there. It's obvious that the coaches think highly of his abilities though since he's been an option at DB, LB, and RB as a true freshman. He switched to LB during bowl prep and saw a little time in the bowl game there. But I think he stays at safety. He's more natural there than at LB and we have a higher need there too.
