Bad part is that Virginia will get an Orange Bowl bid. Iowa is a win away against PSU from probably facing them too.

Possibly Clemson? Iowa would lose by 30 to Clemson just like almost everyone else. I'm pretty sure Iowa would find a way to drop a game or two on the road against teams like Pitt or VA Tech as well.
