Jok fouls

I didn't get to watch or listen to the game, but what was up with the technical fouls on Jok? Nobody will show the replays of it either. My dad seems to think they kind of got jobbed. I don't figure it cost us the game, just curious about others thoughts as I don't always trust my dad.

He got elbowed in the face and pushed the guy. It wasn't a really bad push so I thought it was possible they would let it go but I figured he was gone.

I really thought it was going to be a flagrant 1 or 2 on the Illini player Nunn. Nunn deliberately put his forearm and fist into Jok's neck and face.

Jok lost his cool and probably deserved the 5th foul but the hawks had scored and I think a flagrant on Illinois gives free throws to the hawks and the ball.

I thought the refs stunk up the foul call on Nunn.

It really did affect the game. I think the worst call against Jok was his first foul, early in the game, late in shot clock and he barely touches a guy starting a drive. That happens a 1000 times in a game

His 4th was the worst one. The dude wasn't even close to set on that charge.

The point is the competition is so intense and you should never ever let that get under your skin. Pete will learn from his mistake.

John Gross Grouce knews this and he probably told his players to get under the skins of Iowa Players. I would bet that during timeouts , he tells his players to keep it up.

I hate to admit it, but above is true. cant count how many time it is the retaliation that gets caught. players know this.

Can't count how many times there have been little shoves like that on the BB floor this year where NOTHING happens like 99.9% of the time the refs just come over and chill out both guys..as it should have been there till they went to the video and then gave the moron throwing elbows a T
