"Traveling is the most misunderstood call in basketball."

Beilein got T'd up in the first half of the B1G championship game for woofing at the refs about something. Then right at the end of the 1st half, Lavert (I think) was called for traveling. The replay showed he traveled. It was pretty clear. Yet when Beilein was interviewed on the way to the locker room he was asked about his T and gave the above quote. Along with this, "the officals and I have a different interpretation of what traveling is."

Wonder what his "interpretation" is? LOL

Thats simple. When its your turn that does it's not a violation. When the other team does it they better be ready to call it.

I think he may be concerned about: (1) what constitutes a jump stop, as players are really using it to get a third step in; or (2) the Shawon Dunston-type ruling on when a foot is considered on the floor for a player stopping his dribble while moving with the ball.
