JOE KNEW T-Shirts

So, this is a brilliant fucking idea that I wish I had thought of...

My next door neighbor in our tailgate lot has a crew of I'd say 20 people. I don't know all of them obviously, but they're a good group. The guy that actually owns the spot texted me a bit ago and said he had enough shirts for all of his squad made up that say JOE KNEW in huge block letters on them. To make things better he got the shirts in navy blue with white letters, and they are moving to a particular lot this week (that I won't name) which will be rife with Penn State fans. They plan to set up shop right next to a big group and mingle with them. I told him that I don't think his Hawkeye bag boards would blend in but I'm pretty sure that's the plan.

That program shouldn’t exist. I feel dirty having them in Kinnick.

I dont mind them existing but they should have been postseason banned for like 6-8 years and on reduced schollies for about the same. They would have played in the Big 10 and been average and still better than some teams.

But the NCAA caved in and started to suck something as they took away about half the 4-6 years of sanctions. I think the sanctions may have lasted only two seasons.

I also think psu should have had to pay some big donations to anti-abuse groups, etc. And they may have been made to forfeit some money by the Big 10 on its contracts.

Didn't they get their punishment reduced for "good behavior" or am I totally misremembering that?

They should have had the death penalty instituted on their program like SMU. With the addition that they had to pay the scholarship players full remaining tuition room and board wherever they went to transfer.

On this one though, you are just plain wrong. I make no bones about being a childhood abuse survivor and survivor is meant. By stats, I'm sure I'm not the only one.. It's not a funny subject in regards to pics. You also chose what you think is OK. This belongs in another place.
Dude, I am sorry that you experienced what you did.
But I was asking for pics of the shirts or it didn't happen as the whole scheme of the shirts seems like a great "drunk" idea that doesn't come to fruition.

Child sexual abuse is a real thing and I would never claim that it didn't happen if there are no pictures of it.
So climb down of your god damn high horse for one fucking second before you start to impugn other people's character by assuming they could or would laugh about what that disgusting fat F did to those kids.

Oh and F off.

The nature of the longevity of the sexual abuse and that it was known to certain extents (I cant remember the details now) does make one not even want to have to play that team. Death penalty wouldnt have bothered me.

But at the same time, part of their sanctions could have been large, long term annual monetary donations to anti-sexual abuse groups, maybe making PSU have all staff go through yearly training on this each year, take away some of their money from Big Ten contracts, and a longer post season ban and lowering of scholarships.

In the end, as bad as the acts were of what's his name and the coverup and silence of others including Joe Pa, the good catholic boy, was the utter rolling over by the NCAA to reinstate the program early to full levels. There had to be a lot of under the table money or big salaries promised for that to happen.

How is what he said acceptable? A reference (joke) to pictures involving child exploitation is OK to you.. Wow.
He meant pics of the shirts or it didn't happen. That's the way I took it, that's the way everyone else must've taken it (no one else complained), and that's the way he explained himself.

You were the only one who took it that way.

None of this conversation was controversial until (only) you started raising a stink about it and projecting your own negative perception to it. I posted that some people I know were going to troll Penn State fans with some shirts, you objected to it because you like to start arguments and troll people, and I said you're not doing that here.

You'd fit in over at Reddit, maybe you should try it over there. You're not getting banned but you're trolling toy is taken away. You may now proceed with your regularly scheduled temper tantrum, wah, wah, wah stuff so I can delete it.

Try as you might I’m not banning you.

This is a good thing
