Let's not forget "Julie", the second lady that called in to give him a bad time. She was in tears almost and said so. If I had had the number programmed in my phone I would have called in and told Jim that the reason you cant hear the women announcer is because you're damn old and haven't heard that frequency since you were in your 70's! But...I was driving so I couldn't

The play-by-playstress was bad, but the goofball color commentator was terrible. He was mad that he wasn't given equal recognition as the gal, then went ballistic about how Kinnick has close seating.

The main qualifications for a play by play person should be a distinctive speaking voice that projects well and is easy to understand. Style is a big plus.

The fact that espn puts people on their games that have none of theses qualities and clearly does not care about what was always the established criteria detracts from the product and insults the common sense of the audience.

Rather listen to that chick than Joey Galloway. Marv Cook called and said he was brutal color analyst. As for soundoff after last week everyone calling Ferentz, fuhr-endz I could not take it I am going to bail on soundoff for a little awhile.
