James Winters's son visits Iowa

The son of former Iowa basketball player James Winters (for those of you young'ns that don't know him, he was a guy many wished played FB as well), visited Iowa recently as a football recruit. If he's anything like his dad, he'd certainly be welcomed! He's a 6'6" 305 pound OL from Ankeny Centennial.

I just remember how his dad was undersized for the position Mr. Davis needed him to play. He was successful because he played with a ferocious attitude that today’s BB team could use a lot more of.

With his size, if junior can channel even half of that fury onto the football field, I think we have another walk-on starter in our hands.
