When is he supposed to come back? He is the most important player on the OL....The bad snap in shotgun formation and pass blocking whiffs on blitzes were drive killers. Iowa has some depth of the OL but not at center.

JD warmed up before the game as did Sean Welsh, so they must have been close. I would expect the back this week barring any more setbacks. Depth chart should be released late morning/early afternoon today, not that it will tell us much. Presser tomorrow.

I hate calling out players/college kids, but those 2 have to get their shit together and fast. Legrand/Render are inexperienced so I get that to an extent, but there's no excuse for those 2. Maybe slide Welsh out to LT and put Croston at guard, IDK.

Then don't. Attacking players? Iowa doesn't have legit backups coming out of the best line program in college football? They should have 2 /3 hungry guys at each position. Not on the players.
