Ben now has secured a pretty good life for himself if he wants to stay at UNI. So he can sleep a little better at night...that's about all it means 
$450k per year for 10 years is awesome. But its not 1.5 mil per year over seven..he make the same amount of money in three years with the latter and if he played his cards right, he could be retired and set up financially for his life and his kids lives by the time he turns 48
