I know it happens all the time, but it has to suck to be behind somebody like Josey Jewell, and especially three really good linebackers all in the same class. I imagine he’s going to be constantly asking himself “what if” for a long, long time. Like what if I’d gone to Illinois, started as a sophomore, dominated for three years and got a shot at Sundays?

I’m glad he’s stuck it out because he had to have seen the writing on the wall early on in his career at Iowa. Says a lot about his character.
