It Sucks to Care Again!!!

But I love it!!!! I haven't been this PO'd about an Iowa basketball game since we lost on a last second shot to Northwestern State in the tourney. Even though Iowa did not win, I love the potential of this team.

I haven't screamed, cursed, spit, etc........because of Iowa basketball in several years!!!

I am starting to get that feeling too. After the last couple of coaches I think Iowa might have found a good fit.

Watching an Iowa basketball team that actually plays with heart is a bit different, but I could get used to it.

I've never been so excited to be ****** off because of an overtime loss.

If Fran's next recruits are half the players that Cartwright and Basabe are we'll be fine.

I never understood the "Mad again" slogan. I think that promotion is stupid, but I'm pumped up for Iowa basketball and excited for the future!!

That was the most fun I've ever had in Carver! You could hear the collective gasp when Cartwright took that baseline jumper at the buzzer. I really hope that next year we have a team that wins more often than not. I'd love to see a team that wins before I graduate. And the guys we have seem capable of bringing the program back.

I'm fricking pi$$ed right now..... and it feels good to care again. Sucks getting hosed by the refs and having every one of Wisconsin's big shots go in.. typical. But Fran's got us playing competetive basketball again and the life is coming back to Carver. Just the atmosphere at tonight's game was the best I've seen in years. Another year or two and we'll be rockin' and rollin' again.
