Illinois has moved the ball with short passes and has looked good at times, but MSU has turned them over and benefitted from a huge non-replay. MSU looks solid on offense and opportunistic on defense, and they are getting breaks. Reminds me of the Hawks of last year.

There is no team in college football that plays more similar to the Iowa Hawkeyes than Michigan State.

The team that reminds me of Iowa from last year is LSU this year. Playing to the level of their opponents, squeaking out wins that baffle the experts. They are even in a tight game with McNeese State right now.
