What if coach McCaffery has enough in his budget to pull Forbes from rocky top?

I think it would be a great addition to the staff. I really think it would be nice to see. If Forbes really wants to be at Iowa, and help see it return to success then he will do whatever it takes. Even if that means starting out as an assistant.

Maybe it is not realistic but would love to see it happen. I really want a solid group of coaches. The whole process has not just been about the head coach, but also his assistants.

What are your thoughts?

You are dreaming! Why would Forbes come on as an assitant for a coach he doesn't even know especially when he lobbied for the head coaching vacancy? I think the Forbes talk is dead.
