Is it just Nebreska???

I keep hearing word is coming on nebreska by so and so, but not really hearing anything about Missouri. Is everyone just talking about Nebreska, cause they are the key to the big 12. Or is it a possibility that nebreska gets the 12th team invite first and we wait on Mizz?????? That could be a strong possibility, I'm still not so convinced that kansas might be a possibility, but only if we were to get Notre Dame.(give them all the tv they need and so then take the bball team instead) So the big ten might take a wait and see approach on Mizz. Just a thought, curious to hear everyone elses

The only thing i can say about this is that if kansas was any form of a topic of convorsation about a big 10 move. It would of been said buy now. Seems like were in the 4th quarter of this thing and all partys involved have been given there up and comings.

Personally I think the initial invite will be just Nebraska to force the B12 to break-up. Once that happens the B10 can go to ND and say "we're taking Rutgers and Syracuse/Pitt". With that the Big East breaks up and now ND has nowhere to play in any sport. B10 says to ND "see a seismic shift in conferences you want in?" ND says yes and the B10 gets everything they wanted.

This first offer is to get ND to the table.

Yes, I think the Big Ten is taking a wait and see approach on Mizzou. Probably goint to invite Nebraska and ND. If ND accepts, also extend invite to Mizzou to get to 14. If not, might just stay at 12 with Nebraska.

I think the notion Delany indicated that expansion could be done in steps is probably the reality of what we will see. The Big Ten is not under a tight timeline with the Big East schools so talk of them has been very quiet, but I imagine they are not entirely out of the equation yet though.

Yeah, I see no reason to invite Mizz right not, we know we can get them at any point. Might as well take a wait and see approach, save those spots we reapproach Texas and offer them and A&M a spot, they may have been bluffing this pac 16 stuff to save the big 12.

There not sticking there nose into anything, big ten is trying to drag them into it and if they want to stop at 12 then that's what will happen. But Nebby is coming and they better act now if they want to be in a 12 team big ten.

Somebody should inform ND that our worst football school makes more money from TV contracts than NBCND.

Their status wanes. They really aren't in much of a position to make demands.

Look, I'll admit it, I want to see Nebby come in just to see the chaos that follows. Should be a great way to kill time in the summer since watching the Cubs has become a chore. If ND comes in and it all ends I'll be disappointed...
