I am a pretty good pool player but in no way had the money or the place to purchase my own pool table. I moved recently to a much better house with a large garden. Placing a pool table into it's own pool room isn't a problem anymore. That is to say, I am no longer certain if I want to have one room only for putting a pool table in.
I read an interesting piece on outdoor pool tables and wonder if this would be the solution.
I realize this is a fantastic place with magnificent members therefore what I'm asking is if a few of you had good experiences with an outdoor pool table. Is it really that much more cool than playing inside? The climate is good where I live so do I need to take a lot of precautions so the pool table will last a long time.
