Hey it was nice beating MSU and Purdue. At least we will have that to remember.
Wisconsin is just a flat out better program than Iowa and its not even close. Even when they are as down as they've been in a decade, they still beat Iowa. And they didn't even play great.

They didn't play great, but they played above their norm. Their freshmen who haven't done anything all year all of a sudden play great, and their three point shooting is all of a sudden fantastic.
Um, yeah they did. They got career nights from Iverson and Hill. Those two combined for 18 points, and they avg. 5 PPG together. They shot 48% from the floor, they avg. 43% from the floor. Wisconsin played a great game.
Iowa peaked several games ago. Back to being soft and owned....now in our own gym. Not sure where the next win is coming from at this point. Looking highly liking we are going to be severely limping into tourney play.
Remember when you all attacked me and called me a troll when I pointed out that we didn't pass the eye test and to settle down about what an elite program we are?
I was right, per usual.
Our unathletic defense is a joke and our potent offense has somehow disappeared.
Iowa played out of their minds a few weeks ago. Unfortunately this is who Iowa really is; a borderline top 25 team who has had the same deficiencies and tendencies for years. Fool me twice...

Shooting % normally goes up when you're shooting wide open 3s and allowed to drive the lane at will. They were throwing up some bricks late. It just so happens that Iowa couldn't score at all even though they had plenty of opportunities because Wisconsin couldn't extend their lead until about 1:30 to go.
Had Wisconsin played well over the last 8 minutes they would have won the game by 15 or more.
