Iowa Women Lose Another Player

Apparently Christina Buttenham will not play for the team. She has struggled with the concussion she suffered last year and the team was granted a waiver to allow her to receive financial aid even though she won't play. This opens another scholarship for the women, meaning they have 3 open now. Team is looking a little thin in depth. Good luck to Christina going forward.

That concussion really took a toll on her I believe. Christina wasn't the same when she came back. Quite the scrapper and a good rebounder. Wish her all the luck going forward and thanks for being a Hawkeye!
