The team did have a lot of injuries early.

This team is getting better. It's a young team. Baring another rash of injuries this team should be very good next year.

The fully story on this Illini vs Iowa game is this: Although Iowa was leading by as much as 29 points, the Illini came storming back to cut it to 4, before Kachne Alexander took over and pulled the Hawkeye thru to a 10 point win.

Great season being put together by Coach Bluder's young, young team.

Wahlin, Krei are sophs. Printy & Johnson are freshman and Kash Alexander a junior, I believe. An upper division finish with this young group make Lisa Bluder a shoe-in for Big Ten Coach of the Year............would this be remarkable or what?
