Trying to plan an event for that day--Does anyone have a strong idea (because of the game's implications) when Kickoff time will be ? Iowa official site still says TBA.

That's probably a safe bet. Kickoff time should be announced tomorrow.

Won't be a night game, I believe the Big 10 has a policy against night games being played outside after Nov 1. I'm guessing (and hoping) a 2:30 start.

With the exception of indoors play, I believe. But Minnesota is now domeless.

They call that their reverse mirror...if you are in a part of the country that gets a different ABC regional game, due to the Big Ten's contract with ESPN, the game will be on one of the primary ESPN family stations
