Its really hard to beat a team 3 times, NW is good when they hit their shots, none of their players are really ugly and terrible. Stuff like that

NW is deep and talented. They have great ballhandling and they will be favored in that first round game. Is that what you want to hear, bus114?

NW is hard to handle... they have so many weapons. Iowa will have to be playing at their best and hope NW had a bad game for the Hawkeyes to fortunately pull out the victory.

I agree guys. They are well coached and have been just a few plays away from being a serious contender this year. Iowa needs to shoot it well to have a chance

Exactly... this game is meaningless with a loss... but winning it sets Iowa up for a "Tournament Ticket" game vs Michigan State on Friday night. That is all. Iowa needs to beat Michigan State on Friday night and the only way to do that is also beat NW.

Exactly.. Iowa should win.. Neutral court you just never know. Beating a team 3 times in one season not the easiest of tasks..

If Iowa does defeat NW then I hope the game against MSU is tightly officiated. If the refs let the game be very physical the advantage will go to MSU.

But that is the only game that matters. There is little possibility Iowa gets into the tournament with only 1 win in the BTT and they are already a lock for the NIT.
