Iowa Purdue Score prediction

Iowa 35
Purdont 20

They're dangerous on offense but can be contained. MSU held them in check and I've zero doubt our defense is better than theirs, not to mention Moore is dinged up. Their defense is garbage, and I think Stanley gets out of his funk for now.

Tough week to prepare a game plan. Plan A a few easy 1st/2nd down passes and NS confidence returns 31-17 Iowa. Plan B Confidence does not return - stick with runs, sweeps, draws and win with D 13-9 Iowa

i am thinking our defense can hold them to 20-24 points so it depends on the offense and if they have less mistakes and which Nate plays. I am thinking the hawks have some options when Purdue loads the box and we can have a decent run game and above avg pass game.

I like your prediction or maybe Iowa 30-21

Iowa 37
Purdue 31
You KNOW some points are going to be gifted and some passing scores will be earned before we hopefully adjust.

I think team chemistry problems are starting to re-emerge. Where's #52? #8 gets arrested. Will #4 play, at all, effectively? Offense can't score and the defense is being asked to do too much. I don't see the Hawks winning this one on the road. I hate to do this, but Purdue 31 Iowa 17. (I think you could also see two more regular season losses on this schedule, as the Hawks revert to the mean.)

34-10 Purdue. Big letdown game for the Hawks after last week. Stanley will have another horrible day due to lack of confidence and hand injury, but he will still take every snap. Another poor offensive performance, and defense will be repeatedly burned by Purdue’s stud receiver, and they will tire in the second half due to being on the field too much.

Close at halftime, but Purdue is comfortably ahead by the 4th quarter.

Overconfidence picking the Hawks to win by two touchdowns last week bit me in ass! Let's see if I can reverse it.
Pdue 27- Hawks 21. Stanley spots them 7!

There will not be 49 passing attempts this week. More in the 22-25 range. And Stanley safe patterns will make a comeback. Roll-outs, TE seams, WR screens.

Heavy lean on defense: pressure Blough and keep Moore in front. Gervase gets juked 2x this game. DL has a great game.

No trickery on ST but whichever one of the -Ms is on ST, he takes it to the house.

Iowa 24 Other 17
