I think every spring the athletic department has a "rummage sale" where they sell game used helmets, jersies, jocks*, etc...

They usually go pretty fast, and the name plates on the back are removed. Other than that, try ebay. You really can't find authentic college jersies like you can NFL jersies, at least not in places like Pro Image or Scheels.

*Not really, that would be gross.
