My profound apologies for bumping a zombie thread, but just wanted to let ppl know I did receive a refund for this. After it first whet to tech support and I got the usual worthless "we are working on it" reply, I replied that that email, and re-stated my request for a refund, they sent one back saying a refund will happen. I know its only a lousy 4 dollars, but still go ahead and request it if you didn't get one already, can't hurt....just burns me that they offer something like this for coin, and can't follow through.
