Iowa Football, the definition of insanity

How many times have we seen the same ******. Iowa builds a small lead and starts trying to run out the clock, only to give up a score on the last possession and lose.

When will we try something, ANYTHING, different. It's all been said before, QB's who struggle against North Dakota State all look like Russell Wilson against us. We run base defense every play of every game.

I think we are the worst 2 minute team in the country. Kirk will not even try to score at the half. Minnesota had the ball 3rd down and goal with about two minutes left in the half. They only had one more play and then we would get the ball, call timeout and give your offense some time when they get the ball back. No, we let Minnesota run the clock down before they call timeout and then we just let time expire. How many possessions do we give away over the course of the season. We are not good enough to give away possessions, how many games have we lost because of this?

It has been said that Kirk learned a value lesson in the 02 Orange Bowl loss and we have been a good bowl team ever since. Great, now when is he going to learn how to run a 2 minute offense. He is not stupid, but he is very stubborn.

College football has changed, either we change or changes need to be made. I am out of hope.
