If Carl Davis is going to make an impact this year, he hopefully has worked on his technique and confidence. He definitely needs to get lower and use more leverage. He looked pretty top heavy when healthy last year and got pushed around. Cooper looked explosive at times in the spring, but needs to be more consistent. Trinca Pasat and Hardy are the wild cards that line. I think we know what were getting in Bigach and Alvis. I don't expect much from the true freshmen. Anything from them would just be a bonus.
i think spears and mcminn could be the wildcards as they bring speed on the edge that people have been asking for against these passing attacks designed to beat our bend dont break style. yes they lack size but if they are quick enough they can sometimes deal with that.

I've heard some good things about those guys absorbing the coaching and how hard they've worked in the off season. Our line could definitely use some speed. Line looked very flat footed last year and needs athletic upgrades. We're going to need at least 2 guys emerge from the "unknown" group and I also wouldn't be surprised if was these guys.
