Talk about a very sad, completely wasted opportunity: We could have easily beaten IL. We actually showed up vs Michigan compared to PSU today. (Remember we were a heartbeat away from 20-14 in the 4th QTR) MN is no great shakes based on the IL win today. WI struggles on O with Mertz and on D as well, Against a weak MSU team. NW is horrible. We beat Rutgers. Nebbie will prove to be Nebbie, and maybe Purdue? Well, maybe.
With an average to slightly below average O, we could well have walked away with the West. (And, we never should have lost the ISU game, by the way.). KF owes us as fans. Big time. Even the rest of this year. And next season, we damn well better see significant change for the better.

Watching TN vs AL and I think our D is better than either one of theirs but will admit that I could be wrong. Can you imagine Iowa with either of those offenses?
