I wonder how many people saw this picture and believed it and changed their plans. For the life of me I cannot understand why someone would post a phoney picture like this. There should be some sort of penalty for posting false information on a site that could have an impact on peoples lives. The potential of a family of a dying person at UIHC not coming to visit their family member because someone told them the weather was terrible in Iowa City because they saw the fake and misleading picture you posted. You should be proud of yourself.

Raining in IC right now, but its supposed to stop around 11:00 am. I would take rain gear if I was going. Instead, I will be setting on my couch watching the game on my 55" TV.
