I never realized there was this much shadiness going around. Kind of makes me feel sorry for all College Athletes. They already have enough to worry about with their sport and school work, but now friends that that think they can trust, and have trusted for years, might not be "real" friends.

When the whole Maurice Clarett thing blew up a few years ago I asked my Dad, who went to school on a Basketball Scholarship, if the kickbacks, special privileges, and boosters were really as bad as the media was making it out to be. He looked at me, smiled and said "Let me put it to you this way, I passed an English 101 class when I never saw the inside of the classroom. And I know for a fact that there were better players being taken care of a lot better than I was". His Freshman year of College was 1958

This problem has been around long before a lot of us, and will be around long after all of us.
