This team is so screwed up and I blame KF first, GD second, and BF last. I can somewhat stomach our defense because if we have an offense that produces, it looks a lot better. Yes there are some run defense / tackling issues this year, but it's no where close to as bad as the offense is.
There have been a few seasons where I can't be that bothered to watch the games. 2007, 2013/2014, and now this year. All had the same theme, a completely clueless offense. 2007 we had a short QB that we tried to make into a pocket passer and the results made sense.
2013/2014 it felt like we went entire 2nd half of games without scoring points. Didn't help with a FB as our primary running back, and a QB who seemed to check down within two seconds of the snap.
There is no accountability from the staff. We'll see the same players going out on Saturday and try to do the exact same scheme as the previous few weeks.
It's just so frustrating to watch. I really think Iowa is the most boring team to watch in the country.
