Inexperienced Hawkeye Linebackers ARE a work in progress? Something about the sentence just seems odd to me, especially when you consider that "inexperienced" and "a work in progress" seem like the same thing. I know they aren't literally the same thing, but what is a work in progress if not inexperienced.
