Indiana Athlete DaShon Bussell Talks New Offer from Iowa

Okay enough of this crap already. We can hire MAC coach... okay fun, I even thought they were pretty good hires. This half ass effort of recruiting has got to stop. This kid had no P 5 offers probably for a reason, we need to start recruiting real P5 talent. Pat from the AD wants to stop by next week and hit me up for more money. The answer is not only going to be "no" but its gonna be "hell no" not until a vast improvement from how we approach things. No more weak ass attempts at recruiting and no more hypocritical recruiting. We can poach "committed" kids but kids committed to us cant continue to look around?

Hell I can recruit better. Find the #1 kid in the nation, hire his dad on and blame got my first recruit.

I've been saying that for a year.....you can't make some happy. If we are first to offer people cry. If we wait too long to offer people cry.

Lol get a grip. you don't know shyte. I'm fully on board with the staff identifying an offering early commits. They have a long history of hitting what they want early regardless of who is offered

If you look at the kids offer list, you will see N. Illinois has been recruiting him. Our new WR coach is probably very aware of this kid and knows how good he is. Since he just got an offer, you can bet your ass that the other coaches evaluated him on Copelands advice and have decided to offered him. This is a good sign, Iowa doesn't just offer kids this early, they offer the kids they think are really, really good this early.
