I've never been worried about Indiana winning the conference. Maryland needs to drop a game or two.

the fact that they get two cracks at us makes me a bit nervous though there is no doubt in my mind that we're better. We can afford to split them now.

That was a nice unexpected present for Hawkeye fans.
I think Indiana is out of the chase (hypothetically obviously) for a championship, personally.
Its us vs. Maryland.
Right now, we are Purdue's biggest fan. They screwed us on attempt #1.
Still don't see how we or anyone else wins the championship over Maryland.
I think realistically, they only have 1 loss left. We have potentially 3.
Never know tho i guess. They might go on a skid, we might stay hot, or visa versa.

I was really hoping Marquette would beat Xavier today. They had a lead with about 8 minutes left in the 2nd half and just couldn't finish. Marquette winning that would have meant Xavier drops out of the 1-seed scenarios for sure, and also pumps Iowa's RPI. Alas, they couldn't hang on and lost by around 8.

I watched the replay of the game. OMG!!! They both looked AWFUL!!!
If that's indicative of how they both play, it's no wonder Iowa crushed Penn St. and the Hawks will have no trouble with the Hoosiers.
My fear is that Indiana will come out with something to prove, but I really didn't see anything from them that would lead me to believe they'll have an answer for Iowa's depth.

My fear is Yogi Ferrell has a huge bounce back game. His off night is really the main reason why they lost to Penn State. I can't see him repeating his 3/12 shooting and 1/6 from the 3 point line.
Indiana is undefeated in Assembly Hall and it's a tough environment for visitors. Iowa needs to have a good game on Thursday, if they regress to how they played at Maryland they will get beat.
