In terms of how Iowa finished (how they are playing)...are they the forth best Big Ten Team?

Would you peg that as your top 5 in that order? This assumes Ohio St beats Michigan and Wisconsin beats Goofy. Wisconsin and Penn St can flip flop depending on who wins that one.

I'd put us 4th or 5th. gotta put OSU and PSU ahead of us. Mich in its current state, Wisc, and Iowa are a toss up if they are all playing well.

I don't know about "forth" but probably third or fourth. We could have beat Wisconsin.

First tier: Osu, Mich, Penn St, Wisc.

next tier: Iowa, Nebraska, maybe Minn

bottom 7 are a mashup with Rutgers, Illinois and Purdue at the bottom of the pile

It looks like the OP list is only factoring games Iowa played in. I would say Michigan is probably ahead of us and Wisconsin (and possibly Penn State) are probably tied with us.

You can try to spin it however you want, but there is no way anyone but an Iowa fan would rank Iowa ahead of Michigan this season, even if Michigan loses to OSU today. If they lose they are a two loss team that lost to a top three team and Iowa, both on the road. They would hands down be a top ten team, in almost any scenario.

Meanwhile, we did beat them and a ranked Nebraska. But we lost to NW AND NDSU, both at home, and we have four losses. No non-Iowa fan would put us in the top 20, let alone top ten. Yes, we beat Michigan. But look at every other game we played this year and then do the same with them (or OSU). I'm sorry, but there is no way we are ranked ahead of either OSU, Michigan or Wisconsin or PSU.

We are the fifth best team in the conference this year.
