Yes our chances are slim, I'd say below 20%. But I still think Iowa has a chance. These "pundits" don't know everything. Everyone is saying Syracuse is in but our resume' is as good if not better than theirs. If the committee really does value quality wins I think we have a chance.

This might be tough to swallow, but with KU losing we should root for ISU to make another run and win the Big 12 title. Also cheer for UW or Maryland to win the BTT. Need Kansas State to lose tonight and Cal and Vandy to lose tomorrow.

I will watch with zero expectations. Watching Xavier hang with Butler right now is just pissing me off though. They're playing like a team with urgency.

Iowa would need a ton of things to bounce their way...xavier to lose, kstate to lose, cal to lose, usc to lose...etc.

If im the committee and I have Iowa on the verge of getting in and then I watch them get beat by 20+ to Indiana, I'm throwing their card in the trash.

Could I interest you in a great investment... retirement property on the Mexican border including water front access? Dude....seriously, zero chance. This team was good...but not really good. They grew a lot...but not enough for it to be a "this year" team.

Not happening. I'll watch too but just because I always watch regardless, but there is now zero expectation of seeing Iowa's name being called.

f Iowa had won last night, then it was "maybe" territory IMO. I'd be shocked if we're selected now, especially with the beat down we received last night. A ton of weight seems to be placed on conference tournament performances, and Iowa didn't look like a tournament team last night. Realistically, probably needed to make it to Saturday to feel very good about an invite.

For the 4th straight year, my selection show weekend schedule has been cleared.
