Iowa hoops makes NCAA tourney, before Iowa football it makes another bcs game. I might go as far to say Iowa wins a Ncaa game first.

Not that crazy. Although I don't think Iowa hoops will ever make the NCAA tourney again. I think they are the new Northwestern

There's something seriously wrong with how you balance the value of each if simply making an NCAA tournament appearance is the equivalent of making a BCS game.
