I'm really nervous about this game!!

I have a bad feeling about this football game. On paper, we clearly have a better football team, but games aren't won on paper. If you look at the MSU/Michigan game closer, the game is way closer than the score says. I hope that we come out blazing but I really can see us getting behind early. I still don't know how good of a team we have yet.

Somebody please ease my concerns about this game!
 
We'll win by executing our plays and not allowing the big play from Michigan. Our D is significantly better than any they've played so far and our O is at least as good as MSUs, maybe a bit better. We'll take away the run and force Denard to try to beat us over the top.

I respect all of our opponents but I do not get nervous, we are the best coached and most prepared program in the country.

I wouldn't go as far as saying our O is at least as good as MSU's. They are clicking right now, granted we haven't opened up our offensive gameplan much yet this year, but I won't say we are as good offensively as MSU. However, I more than agree our D is significantly better than anyone else in the Big Ten.
 
OP, This is the first road game outside of AZ. The Hawks are 0-1 on the road this year. That's the source of your concern (i.e. the Fighting Ferentz's haven't proven this year that they can win on the road.) Once they win on the road, you won't be quite as nervous. The desert has been a beeotch to the Hawks in the recent past and several weeks back, that proved again the case. Throw that out of the mix and this is still one of the top ten teams in the country. Hopefully one of the top five before the year's out.
I'm nervous too, but I think they'll take care of business.
 
No need to get all worked up. We are not playing for our season or anything. NC talk is done, and even if we were to lose tomorrow, we still control our own destiny to win the Big Ten and head to Pasadena. Just enjoy and embrace the moment! All a loss tomorrow does is completely eliminate us from any NC dreams, nothing more, nothing less. GO HAWKS!!!

I'm nervous before all games. It fits in with my superstions. When I am not nervous, we lose. So I'll take nervous. I wasn't very nervous before the Arizona game and we know how that turned out!:eek:

I'm gonna wear my iowa basketball shorts and a real old cap one bowl black T. <--- def gonna be the reason the hawks win tomorrow. You can all thank me.
