Frankly, I think this looks like a very good hire. It's amusing and sad that so many people are up in arms over this. What the heck were people expecting? Who was the BIG SPLASH that would of made it all better??? Pearl? Come on people.

This guy knows what it takes to build a program and he will give us a fun brand of basketball to watch. I feel sorry for the people that can't allow themselves to get excited over this. Lighten up.

I don't quite understand why it was so bizzare to expect a big splash hire. I think it's more bizzae to not expect or wish for a big splash hire. We're fans for God 's sake.

Well of course it seems like a good hire. From what we had anything looks good.

I am excited to get the new era going but get back to me in 3 years, then we can debate whether or not it was a good hire.

I was excited for the last 2 hires also and look how those turned out.

YES ... no reason he was not a viable option, until he wanted more money than KF, if that is true
