So you think Wisconsin will beat Ohio St.? Do you think Minny is unbeatable? Iowa still has a shot. Going in, did you really believe Illinois could possibly hang with Wiscy? The reason I love college football more than the NFL is because anything can happen on any given Saturday.

Illinois has some athletes, you need to be ready to play against them and prepare for their speed. Does anyone know if Wisconsin came out healthy? I know last year towards the end of the year they really got hit hard with the injuries.

So what? Iowa already shot themselves in the foot. Great, Iowa won. Doesn’t make any of us feel like that fixed their offense or predictability. Still behind Wisconsin and Gophers. And now Illinois looks more challenging.

So true. A win is a win. Some people will never be satisfied. We could win by 45 pts. and there will still be some Debbie Downer’s out there crying about something. I’m just happy we broke a two game skid over Purdue after they beat us the the last two years. Now to get revenge against the Wildcats. Take the win and move on to the next one.
I mean, I get it, we played like shit.
But I think it's funny that all the bitching comes from people slobbering all over Jeff Brohm's knob all week and saying he would out coach Iowa, and after we beat him there's zero credit given.
The farther away you get from the field, the easier it seems to you.

I agree any Conference win is a good win, but that only applies on the road.
At home you need to crush teams that are far less talented than you are...and we failed to do that today.

But Iowa blew their shot at the West title when the offense pissed away winnable games against Michigan and Penn State. No way Iowa beats Wisconsin, Illinois got lucky and overlooked. There is no way in hell that the Badgers will overlook the Hawkeyes. I don't mean to be a NN and I'll be thrilled to be back on here admitting I was wrong but I can't see how anyone who has watched the past 3 weeks can believe Iowa has any shot at winning the West.
