If Tim Hardaway Jr. returns

as I think he will, the battles between him and Devyn next year are going to be epic.

Think he stays, but don't think their battles will epic. Hardaway had dominated Marble and I honestly don't see anything changing that. Marble is a solid player, but simply cannot match-up to players that are superior athletically, which Hardaway is.

Over the last couple season's RDM's game has been increasing at a faster pace than Jr's. I expect Dev to overtake him next season.

This might be true, but Jr was a far better day 1 than Marble ever was, so that argument is silly.

Hardaway improved probably as much or more as any player on Michigan's roster from last year to this year.

Hardaway struggled mightily shooting the ball last season and could not put the ball on the deck period, this year was a little different story, although he still has work to do in the ball handling area, but the rest of his game is better than average.
