and Michigan & OSU are in separate divisions doesn't that point to there will be further expansion and Delaney doesn't expect to stay at 12 very long?
The whole reason Michigan & OSU couldn't be in the same division was to balance the divisions long term supposedly. I don't care what the explanation is, there is no way the conference wants a replay of the conference championship the next week. I think Delaney realizes it won't stay this way long so he tries to please those two fan bases by leaving it as the last game of the year. Otherwise it makes no sense.
