We played 9 defensive lineman during the game with meaningful snaps. With the time of possession edge PSU if we only had 5-6 defensive lineman we would have been in big trouble, they would have been gassed big time!
I know Iowa came up short but the defensive line depth is why Iowa could win 9+ games, even win the West with Wisky getting an easier schedule. Especially, if the offense improves and I think they will.
