as well as AJ Edds, Luke Recker and Ryan Luehrsmann yesterday at the game. Our seats were in section 129, Row 1, on the 14 yard line. Aweseome view from behind the Iowa bench! The things you can see and hear that you don't get from even being 15 rows up was pretty cool.
As Luke Recker was walking by I started the "Luuuuuuuuuke" chant with my family and he turned around and stopped to say Hi, and thank you for remembering. Once a Hawkeye, always a Hawkeye.
Jon, I wanted to get your attention and say Hi as well, but I thought that it may not be appropriate, as you were working and you probably wouldn't have remembered, especially if we could have pulled out the W.
The best part about our seats was that the parents were lined up just to our left about 20 feet away, and then when they walked off after their sons met them at midfield was pretty cool. To see the emotion and the faces of the parents and players (even those who were not seniors) made yesterdays visit to Kinnick even more special.
There is no place like Kinnick, as if I have to tell any of you, and lets remember all that this Senior Class has done for this program during their time here.
