I really want hawks to get W at MSU and get monkey off the back...

So much so I might even trade an extra loss just to beat Izzo and have this team win at sparty land. I hate these long losing streaks at other teams sites. Fran has got the Illini monkey off their backs.

The hawks should be favored in 4 of the 5 games and I expect them to play really well on the road in the next two games just like at Illini and PSU.

I think Coach Fran is getting that feel for this league and winning on the road.

Wish in one hand and s**t in the other and see which fills up first - I don't like our chances at MSU - big game at a big venue is not our strong point.

Having that win against Wis would of been a nice momentum going into the MSU game. I don't see it happening and hope I'm wrong. Again to have a chance to beat MSU all of our players have to be on top of their games and contributing on O and D. Our bigs will have to control the boards and score on the inside and Aaron White needs to show up and have his head out his *** His performance against Wis was baffling.

Uhmmm fellas.... don't look now, but we have Minny on Tuesday, Indy on Thursday and Purdue next Sunday. I want the team to stay away from any BAD Losses. That would cause the monkey on our back, not beating MSU, to get it off of our back. Winning the BTT and all of these negative nancy's will be singing "I knew this team could do it" Mark my words.

Oh yes I agree with you and I think we win 2 if not all three of the next 3 games.

The averages will even out with the hawks shooting well and no teams shooting 60 % against us.

Iowa hasn't lost to a team not currently ranked all season. Michigan State has struggled at home this year and this Iowa team seems to play at the same level home or away. We have a good chance of going 4-1 and then it's time to peak as a team for several post season games.

But in East Lansing if given the choice to throw one of those two handfuls at Izzo and the MSU program, which would you choose. Mine would be the hand opposite the wishes and I'd keep those for myself and a road win.
