I never thought I say this but I just love the assistant coaches Andrew Francis,Kirk Sparew, and Sherman Dillard. I think they did fantastic job here in Iowa!
I hope the assistant coaches are here to stay

Their ability to develop the big guys, stellar recruiting classes, recruiting effort, hairstyle, looks. What is it that you love?

If we had the best assistants in the business, other schools would be swooping in and offering them head coaching positions. We have some good Xs and Os assistants, but none of them can close the deal in recruiting. As a result, they are not in high demand and will likely stick around as long as Fran does.
