when up by a comfortable margin, with 38 seconds remaining in the game, Iowa suddenly start pressing in the backcourt. When I saw this I literally said out loud "Why the heck are you doing that?" After the first 3 pter resulted, I said out loud "They sure won't do THAT again" -- meaning press. But of course the next chance they got, they did, resulting in ANOTHER 3 pter. It's really hard to lose a game when you lead by 9 pts with 38 seconds left. It's almost impossible to do so when you make 7 of 8 FTs in those last 38 seconds. Hard. To. Do. You literally could let a team make 7 consecutive layups and still win.
